FLYTIPPING AT ST PAUL'S ROAD GARAGE SITE

There has been an incident of flytipping behind the garages at St Paul's Road. The waste mainly consists of industrial items and what appear to be parts from a car which have been tipped on the plot of a burned out garage.

Cllr Ken Moss said, "All garage and allotment sites in Rishton are the property of the Dunkenhalgh Estate managed by Ingham and Yorke. We will write to them and inform them of this latest incident but they really need to start taking more of an interest in their own land."
