DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE

It is the time of year again where the dangers of drink-driving are brought into sharp focus and all residents are urged not to get behind the wheel if they are unfit.

Extra police checkpoints have been set up as usual and Rishton has seen several such patrols in recent weeks. Please think of your families and other road users by not drinking and driving this Christmas.
