Cllrs Ken Moss, Harry Grayson and Clare Cleary, County Cllr Miles Parkinson and Graham Jones MP would like to wish all residents of Rishton a happy Christmas!
The HBC offices are now closed until the first week of January but a list of emergency numbers has been provided by the Labour group for residents to contact the necessary authorities should they have difficulties over the festive period.
Elected members can still be contacted and the Rishton First blog and Facebook pages will continue to be updated with events and news as usual.
