YOUTUBE - HBC PORTAS PILOT BID

Hyndburn Borough Council are currently bidding for town centre regeneration money that has been made available from the government through the efforts of Mary Portas, the self-styled Queen of Shops. This money will be divided between 12 councils in Great Britain and video bids needed to be submitted by the end of March. Cllr Ken Moss recorded the Hyndburn bid and it can be viewed here:
