RISHTON ELECTION - MAY 3rd 2012

Thursday 3rd May is polling day across Great Britain and Cllr Harry Grayson will be defending his Rishton seat for a third term on Hyndburn Borough Council. Harry won his last election in 2008 with a majority of 572 votes and is hopeful that he will be able to continue his work for Rishton as a councillor when the ballot is counted on Friday morning.

Postal voting forms have now all been delivered and over 40% of Rishton residents have now returned their ballots. If anyone has a postal voting form and is concerned that it will not arrive by Thursday then they can be dropped off at your local polling station if you prefer.
