Complaints have been received about perennial littering in the alleyways behind Lord Street and Commercial Street, seemingly caused by local schoolchildren visiting the Brook Street chip shop at lunchtimes. Extra litter patrols have been requested for this area and Norden High School has now been informed in an effort to alleviate the problem.
