LANCASHIRE TELEGRAPH - 30th OCTOBER 2010

Cllr Ken Moss has again been quoted in a Lancashire Telegraph article, this time regarding the money being spent by Hyndburn Borough Council on public art demonstrations.  £2,500 has been spent on a crochet advisor, £3,700 on an animated film about Accrington and £2,000 on a 'fun' map of the town.  £8,030 was spent on the cookery demonstration by Aldo Zilli with a further £2,500 going to Sean Wilson to promote his cheese business in Accrington Market Hall.  Cllr Moss strongly disagrees with parts of Rishton tax money going to such projects whilst our own village budget has been cut this year.
