RISHTON MEETINGS - NOVEMBER 2010

Cllr Harry Grayson took over as Chair of Rishton Area Council in May and the next public meeting will be on Tuesday 9th November at 7.00pm at St Charles School on Knowles Street.  By the end of this week every house in Rishton should have had an invitation letter through their door and a high turnout is expected.  Residents should enter through the main gate on Knowles Street and then follow signs under the canopy on the left to the side door.

Prospects will also be holding their monthly meeting this week at The People's Centre at 7.00pm on Tuesday 2nd November.  Cllr Ken Moss has now taken a place on the committee and resident Clare Cleary has been appointed as minute-taker. All residents with an interest in Rishton flora and fauna are welcome to attend and participate in activities around the village.

PACT is on Wednesday 3rd November at The People's Centre at 6.00pm and is a good opportunity for residents to interact with the local police on any issues which are of concern.
