SHRUB OBSCURING LAMP AT PARKER STREET

The large laurel bush at the old Gaskells Carpets site has once again become overgrown, blocking the street lamp and obscuring the Free Gardeners Club.

The Rishton Councillors have requested that the owners of the land should be instructed to remove the shrub as this is the second time that the problem has occurred in 12 months.
