PARKING PROBLEMS ON DEVONSHIRE ROAD

Complaints have been received by the Rishton Councillors about parking issues at the junction of Devonshire Road and Blackburn Road. Instances of double-parking have been reported and very poor visibility at the junction by cars parking right up to the main road.

County Cllr Miles Parkinson has requested that engineers inspect the site for potential double yellow lines at the junction.
