Several street name signs in Rishton have fallen into disrepair or are absent entirely and in need of replacement. The Rishton Councillors have requested that new signs are fitted at the following locations as soon as possible:
- Knowles Street (faded - junction with Station Road)
- Haworth Street (faded - junction with Station Road)
- School Street (absent - junction with Spring Street)
- Brook Street (absent - junction with Spring Street)
- Clifton Street (absent - junction with Spring Street)
- Danvers Street (absent - junction with Spring Street)
- Bridge Street (absent - junction with Cliff Street)
