LICENSING COMMITTEE - 16th DECEMBER 2013

Rishton Councillors Clare Cleary and Ken Moss were present at a meeting of the Licensing Sub-Committee on 16th December to discuss alcohol licensing at Whiteheads in Great Harwood.  Cllr Cleary was Chair of the meeting and opened up the debate following a small number of objections, however it was ultimately decided to grant the licence in view of the number of other outlets in the vicinity which already supply alcohol.
