THE OLD SAUSAGE FACTORY

Problems have been reported by residents and the local police regarding flytipping and rats at the site of the old sausage factory between Noble Street and Haworth Street. The factory has long since been demolished and the site walled around with boarding but flytippers have dumped items ranging from builders' rubble to household waste which has to be regularly cleared.

The problem has been reported to the HBC Environmental team who will contact the site owners.
