PIGGY PARK FOOD GROWING PROJECT

Piggy Park sits behind Devonshire Road and has been disused for several years but Rishton Area Council recently allocated money in order to transform the area into a community food growing area.

Cllr Harry Grayson has been working to draw up plans and will be holding a public meeting on Monday 12th August between 3pm and 5pm in The People's Centre on School Street.
