ST CHARLES SCHOOL SUMMER BARBECUE

The fundraising committee of St Charles RC Primary School are currently organising their third annual Summer barbecue. This is a chance for the whole community to come together at a family event but this year the school is hoping to raise some money for extra items for the children, including some play equipment.

Head teacher, Mrs Vivien Baker, said, "If any of the local businesses could support this by donating a prize, it would be greatly appreciated. The names of the businesses, and indeed private individuals, will be acknowledged in the programme which will be available on the night."
