A large tree has been identified as being in a dangerous state on the corner of Parker Street and residents are urged to take care when walking in this area. The tree is within the site of the Gaskells Carpets plot and was marked by the HBC Tree Officer on Thursday afternoon.
The tree has been reported to HBC and the landowners are being requested to deal with this immediately as the North of England is braced for stormy weather over the next few days.
