Harry Grayson and Ken Moss joined Rishton County Councillor Miles Parkinson and others in a council-organised vigil at Hargreaves House in Oswaldtwistle this morning. The respite and care facility has recently been threatened with closure and parents have been quick to organise a petition against Lancashire County Council. Hargreaves House allows parents of children who need specialist care to leave their children overnight at the centre a few nights each year to allow them some 'respite' and is invaluable to those who use it.
