Rishton Area Council has been receiving complaints regarding cyclists riding over the bare central flower bed on the Ladybird Garden on Chapel Street so Ken Moss volunteered to landscape this area into a simple rockery. Work was carried out on 25th May using various reclaimed rocks and small alpine plants which should not need replacing for several years. Cllr Moss received no remuneration for this project and the materials were donated free of charge.
