A serious of deliberate fires have severely damaged both the equipment and Tarmac at Holt Street recreation ground by the MUGA. Such vandalism is a major factor when considerations are made for future play areas and the Holt Street site is currently under consideration.
Anyone with any information should contact any of the Rishton Councillors in confidence to ensure future play facilities for the younger residents.
