RISHTON COUNCILLORS PROMOTED

Two of the Rishton Councillors have now been promoted to the Cabinet, the six senior Councillors who oversee the major portfolios in Hyndburn.

Clare Cleary is now Member for Housing, having previously been Chair of the Licensing Committee.

Ken Moss takes over from outgoing Cllr Ciaran Wells as Member for Education, Leisure and the Arts. Ken has been Chair of the Resources Overview and Scutiny Committee for three years.
