Belated thanks are due to Dr Hancock at The Cabin Surgery for her involvement in getting the perimeter wall repaired on the School Street car park. The wall has been gradually becoming more and more dilapidated following several knocks from cars and stolen coping stones so the Rishton Councillors spoke to the surgery to see what could be done and whose responsibility it was. Dr Hancock was very cooperative and the wall has since been repaired in full for which grateful thanks are due.
