A new campaign has been launched by the National Fraud Authority to crack down on scam e-mails and have set up a mailing address to which suspicious messages can be forwarded for investigation. A full article from the BBC News website can be viewed here:

Cllr Moss has had 21 scam e-mails in just over a week purporting to be from reputable firms such as HSBC, Lloyds TSB and even the BBC regarding a lottery win. Anyone wishing to report anything which they consider to be a scam can forward their mail to:
