The churches in Rishton commonly work with each other under the umbrella of Churches Together and have an annual theme for several sermons. The theme this year is 'Put Yourself in My Shoes' and a series of dates for united services (all starting at 6.00pm) has been released:
- Sunday 18th February: Methodist Church - Nicodemus
- Sunday 25th February: St Charles Roman Catholic Church - Mary and Martha
- Sunday 4th March: St Peter St Paul’s Parish Church - Simon Peter
- Sunday 11th March: No service - Mothering Sunday
- Sunday 18th March: Baptist Christian Fellowship - Mary Magdalene
- Palm Sunday 25th March: All churches join together following morning services to take the cross to the Esplanade.
- Easter Monday 2nd April: Easter Monday Ramble (more details later)
