Rishton resident Sally Randall has once again organised a free fitness programme which will run on Sunday mornings from 9.30am until 10.30am. The first one starts on Sunday 3rd April
and will meet at the gates of Cutwood Park and all residents are welcome to turn up and join in.
Sally will also be running a morning session at 6.00am three days a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This will be an 8 week course based on walking, running and sprinting for weight loss. This group will meet at the Co-op starting on the Monday 4th April.
Sally said, "I will continue to run this if the numbers stay high. It's just round the corner, it's based in Rishton and it's free. There's no catch, I'm just helping the community so come along and get fit for summer!"
