ROAD GULLY AT THE ESPLANADE

A section of the gully along The Esplanade is crumbling and is in a poor state of repair, which has led to potholes, puddles and Tarmac chippings being thrown onto the footpath.

This has been reported to LCC for repair by the Rishton Councillors.
