LCC WORKS IN PROGRESS - JANUARY 2016
Two Lancashire County Council projects are currently underway which affect Rishton, the main on being at Dunkenhalgh Way to widen the carriageway and install traffic lights.
A second, smaller scheme is on Whitebirk Drive to install new fencing.
