BROKEN MANHOLE COVER AT NORDEN FIELDS

The three Rishton Councillors have all been contacted this evening regarding a broken manhole cover in the middle of Norden Playing Fields which has exposed a considerable hole.

Cllr Clare Cleary provided an old pallet to use as a temporary cover and Cllr Ken Moss will liaise with the Parks department to get the problem sorted as soon as possible.

In the meantime, all residents are urged to be mindful of the hazard.
