GRASS CUTTING BACK TO NORMAL

The grassed areas at Bridge Street, Danvers Street and Cliff Street have inadvertently been missed off the mowing rota and this has now been rectified.

Cabinet member for Parks and Open Spaces, Cllr Ken Moss, said, "We have a new contractor for grass cutting and they have simply missed these areas off their list of work. As soon as they were notified about the error they had been out to cut the greens within a few days. Mistakes happen but thanks to all affected residents for their patience while it was sorted out."
