5th RISHTON RAINBOWS

The 5th Rishton Rainbows group meets every week on Tuesdays at Primetime in Norden High School on Stourton Street. The Rainbows sessions are between 6.00pm and 7.00pm and is open to girls aged between 5 and 7 during term time. Subs are £2.50 per week which goes towards costs, room rent and insurance.

Pack Leader Deborah Iddon said, "We have been doing this for 20 years with the Brownies and it has just carried on from there. It costs us £11 per hour for room hire and with the £200 insurance charge it doesn't leave much money for anything else so we could do with a few new recruits to keep the group going. However, our biggest problem is that we are short of helpers so if anyone fancies giving an hour on Tuesday night once or twice a month it would be great."
