Cllr Harry Grayson said, "We noticed that the old one has suddenly gone very tatty so we have ordered one out of the Rishton funds. It's a significant year and we don't want Remembrance Day to be marred by people commenting on a poor flag. We're very proud of our town and are making sure that the Cenotaph looks its best."
