HIGHFIELD ROAD CAR VANDAL CAUGHT

The police have acted on information provided by residents on the Rishton First Facebook page and caught the person responsible for damage to a vehicle on Highfield Road.

Local officers held a Restorative Justice meeting with the culprit, who admitted responsibility and will be paying in full for all garage repairs to the damaged car.
