CENOTAPH LIGHT AND FLAG REPLACED

One of the spotlamps which illuminates the Rishton Cenotaph is currently out and this has been forwarded to officers at HBC for repair.

The Union Flag also took a buffeting over winter during the high winds and ended leaving it looking quite tatty and this too has been replaced.
