BLOCKED DRAIN ON CECIL STREET

The main sewer that runs through Cecil Street off Parker Street has recently become blocked with a large quantity of nappies being flushed down the toilet. This has been reported to United Utilities and cleared, with a leaflet drop due in the area of the pamphlet entitled 'What Not To Flush'.
