The monthly PACT (Police and Communities Together) meeting will take place on Wednesday 5th June and several issues will be raised with the local officers, including vandalism and burglary on Spring Street, poorly-controlled dogs and motorbikes being ridden on and around the canal towpath. If anyone has any questions that they would like the Rishton Councillors to put to the police then please contact Cllr Clare Cleary or Cllr Ken Moss.
The police are also holding a drop-in centre at Rishton Library on Monday 24th June from 10.00am until 11.30am where residents can go and talk to the local officers about any problems they would like them to address.
