The Rishton Councillors would like to wish everyone a happy St George's Day and will be marking the event by raising the England flag on Parker Street corner. This will replace the Lancashire flag until 27th November (Lancashire Day).
Rishton Library are also hosting a World Book Night from 6.30pm until 8.00pm which will feature musical entertainment but a local duo, a quiz and a free book and refreshments.
