The next meeting of the Hyndburn Borough Council Planning committee will take place on Wednesday 23rd January at 2.00pm in the Queen Elizabeth Room at Scaitcliffe House in Accrington. Cllr Harry Grayson is Vice-Chair of the committee and the only item for consideration is a wind turbine at Guide, plus the hearing of several appeals on former decisions. Members of the public are welcome to come and view proceedings but will not be allowed to speak without prior permission from the Chair.
