Rishton resident Cassie Blackstock has had alopecia for about 3 ½ years and a new treatment called Hair System will free her from the inconvenience of wearing a wig giving her the optimal natural look and make her feel like any other young teenager. The downside is the cost of approximately £3000 per year. In order to raise funds, parents Andrew and Belinda Blackstock have organised a sponsored walk/run on the 21st April starting at 10.30am from The Roebuck Inn.
