EACHILL GARDENS DRAIN PROBLEM

Cllr Harry Grayson has been contacted by residents from Eachill Gardens regarding a plague of drain flies which have been infesting their apartments for some time.  Joan Standring (pictured) sleeps with a net over her face and needs to cover her food when she eats but is not the only one whose flat is overrun with the small insects.  The Lancashire Telegraph have run a story which can be read here:

There is also a problem with the central boiler unit at the complex and this too has been brought to the attention of Hyndburn Homes.
