The Communities & Wellbeing Overview & Scrutiny committee looks into the welfare of Hyndburn residents and the efficacy of council services in that area. Cllr Clare Cleary sits on the committee and topics for discussion at the next meeting include the new public health system and a health update from Lancashire County Council. The meeting will be held on 1st February at 10.00am in the Queen Elizabeth room at Scaitcliffe House in Accrington and members of the public are invited to observe from the gallery.
