FULL COUNCIL - 10th NOVEMBER 2011

The next meeting of the Full Council will be at 7.00pm at Accrington Town Hall on Thursday 10th November.  Full meetings of all 35 Hyndburn Councillors are held approximately every six weeks to debate issues which affect the entire borough and the three Rishton Councillors will be in attendance.  Motions have been put forward by Cllr Clare Cleary (a cap on payday loan interest) and Cllr Ken Moss (larger fines for dog fouling) and the full agenda can be downloaded here:

Residents are welcome to attend and sit in the gallery although public participation is not allowed at Full Council.
