RISHTON COUNCIL - 15th MARCH 2011

The next meeting of the Rishton Area Council takes place on Tuesday 15th March at 7.00pm at St Charles School on Knowles Street.  This is a public meeting and residents are urged to attend to pass comment on issues within the village and put questions directly to the councillors.

Cllrs Ken Moss and Harry Grayson will be speaking on the following topics amongst others:

• Horseriders and kissing gates
• Allotment rent
• Bus shelters on Hermitage Street
• Housing proposals at Albert Mill
• Conifers on Station Close
• £250,000 proposed for spending in Rishton
• Red telephone boxes
• Bench and bin at the Ladybird Garden
