Jeff Scales has been officially selected as the 2016 Rishton candidate for Labour and has been out and out with the Rishton Councillors delivering introduction cards and speaking to residents.
All households will receive a card shortly which has details for Jeff and also Labour's policies for the continued running of the Council in Hyndburn.
