DERELICT BUILDING NOTICE

A notice of a ruinous or dilapidated building has been served on the landlord responsible for 23 Spring Street (also known as a Section 79 notice of the Buildings Act 1984) to order them to effect repairs to the exterior and reglaze the property in the interests of local amenity.

Several other properties along Spring Street in particular have been noted as falling into disrepair and these are in the process of being looked into by the Environmental department of HBC.
