Cllr Ken Moss is chair of the Resources Overview & Scrutiny committee which looks at the way Hyndburn Borough Council utilises its money in terms of assets and services. The next meeting is on 31st January at 10.00am in the Queen Elizabeth room at Scaitcliffe House in Accrington. Topics for discussion include business plans regarding transportation, the council's Cycle To Work scheme and the subsidised bus trips to the seaside.
