Ken said, "Myself, Clare Cleary and Jeff Scales make a good team as we all bring different skills to the table when issues come up. We've worked so well together over the past few years and two of the three of us now hold Cabinet positions which has enabled us to have better control over developments in Rishton."
He added, "It's a very rewarding job and I would like to keep doing my bit for the public. Please support me for a day and I'll support you for another four years."
Polling stations open on Thursday morning at 7.00am and will remain open until 10.00pm.
